Does apple replace broken apple products with refurbished ones?
I just got a new iphone 4s from them today because my lock button jammed over the weekend.
when he brought my new iphone over it came in a black box that was sealed and he had to take the sim card out of my old one and put it into my new one?
i was wondering if the phone i have now is refurbished?

Yah most of the times they are.iphones are some of the must unreliable phones on the market. My iphone 4 i have had to replace three times, once because it the home button didn't work, they replace with a refurbished that said it was a higher quality than there new ones, then my touch screen became unresponsive covered under warranty, then the new one that i just had to get done was now my power button wouldn't work so instead of jst fixing it they wanted 160 or 180 for a new phone. I just don't see why they just can't fix them. I will definitely be getting a htc one x when it comes to my carrier
