Does Apple's 90 day warranty cover a small hairline scratch on iPhone?
I've heard that sometimes the Genius bar will replace it for you but other times they won't.
The warranty isn't supposed to cover accidental damage so it depends on who's working I'm assuming. You're supposed to have AppleCare for that stuff and there's a deductible.
- Will apple still cover me with their 1 year apple warranty? My uncle gave me his iPhone 4S as a gift, it has warranty until November 2013 and for some reason the phone turns off by itself about every 3 hours! The phone does not have any water damage as the water indicators are white, will apple still cover me on fixing it or giving me another one since I'm not the original owner but the phone is still under their warranty!
- Will Apple Retail Stores refill stock one day after launch day? If in any way an Apple Retail store runs out of stock after launch day of the new iPhone 6, is there any chance that by the next day there will be new stock already again? Or does sold out mean = sold out for a few weeks.
- My iPhone 5s screen broke without falling, does the warranty cover it? I was going back home from school and I decided to listen to music in the bus with my phone (perfect conditions at the time) and when I arrived my screen was cracked - I have to mention that it did not fall while I was in the bus - and I'm wondering if Apple's warranty would cover this incident
- IPhone 5, what does my limited warranty cover? I have an iPhone 5, and the lock button doesn't work very well, and, I want to fix it. Does my limited one year warranty cover it? Can I fix it myself?
