Does at&t really sell iphone 4s for 0.99?
Noe recently i had an iphone and i dropped it in the bathtub. My mom said if i break my phone again i will have to pay. Since i have my lhone i have to pay. And i was looking for a phone andi got on at&t and i saw that they sell iphone 4s s for a 0.99. And i was just wonderring are tbeg foreal and if the phone is working and looking properly. Please tell me thanks

You might want to reread your email. What does "tbeg foreal" even mean? If you start a new contract with ATT, you can probably get a phone for 99 cents, but I'm not sure the 4s is one of those you can get. A new contract entails agreeing to pay for a plan for a minimum of 2 years. You can't just get the phone, then bail on the contract or you will have to pay early termination fees, which cost about the same as if you hd just kept the contract.
It's not the 4s, it's the 4 that they technically sell for.99. If your contact is up (I believe a little less than 2 years? Check with your provider) then you can buy an iPhone 4 for.99. There probably will be some service fees but that could only be up to $20 I would imagine.
You can get one if you buy a new plan. Your old plan has to be expired, though.
