Does flash on iphones tell the truth in photos? Or any flash on any phone?
When i take a picture without flash on my iphone my skin looks good you no, however when i use flash it really shows my spots like really red, i'm confused, when i look in the mirror there mild however if i take a flash photo its as if there really huge red spots and i'm baffed if the flash or non is the most realistic?

A simple direct (cheap) flash is very harsh, it makes every flaw on your face (or body) 10 times more noticeable. So yes those flaws are really there but not as easy to notice in normal lighting.
Professionals use light diffusers and or bounce flashes, they never use the type of flash that is on a phone or cheap camera.
