Does iPhone 4s come in 32gb?

I hope to pick up a bargain. I'm seeking an iPhone 4s however, I can't seem to find a 32gb model.
Also - where is the best place to buy one unlocked?

Yes. They are sold on amazon for the best price that I know of. Unlocked ones that are unlocked by apple themself.
They did. Now they only come in 16GB models (new). You could probably find a used one somewhere around.

How do see the lenght of time in total on your out goung calls?
- Is it worth selling my iphone 4 32gb and by and iphone 5 16gb? I can sell my iphone 4 32gb and by an iphone 5 16gb is it worh it? Is 16gig enough? Doze iphone 5 have the same minni sim? Or do i have to get a new 1?
- IPhone 5 16GB or iPhone 4S 32GB? Just wondering what you guys what recommend me get. I would love an iPhone 5 but can't really afford the 32GB, I'm worried though that I will run out of room on a 16GB, I want maybe 50 apps, 1000 songs, videos, books and I'd use the camera a good bit on it. - If I broke my Iphone 4s 16gb can I return it and get an Iphone 4S 32gb? It's still under a warranty so I can return it to get a new one I know, but the 16 is a little small so I was wondering that when I return it would it be possible to upgrade my GB as well? Does it cost more? Would I basically be paying for a new phone instead of the 50$ it is to get it replaced? I have AT&T.
- How much memory does the iphone 4S 16 and 32gb hold? My 8gb iPod touch 2nd gen holds about 600 photos, 100 apps, 1podcast and 335 songs. I really would like to know if the 16 will be enough or will I need the 32. Also I would like to have maybe 2000 songs, 200 apps, 25+ videos and 2000 photos.
