Does Iphone 5 and Iphone 5s both have Retina Display?
I own iphone 5 and when i went to apple store to check around i noticed that iphone 5s has different display, the picture is more bright, colourful, vivid or something. Is this just a feeling, do they have the same display
I'm not sure if there are any small differences between the screens, but yes, they both have a retina display (every iPhone starting with iPhone 4 has one). I think the most likely scenario is that you were looking at a phone with the brightness set differently.
Well, The resolution of two devices are the same, 1136×640 so both of it are retina, but coz 5S is the flagship, the technology is better.
The iPhone 4, 4s, 5, 5c & 5s all have Retina Displays.
- We know that if a smartphone has more than 300 pixels per inch, it is a retina display. How much ppi it need to be a super retina display? It is said that human retina can distinguish pixels and letters in screen seem broken if ppi is below 300. If ppi is above 300, how high the ppi may be, it looks same for human eye, then why iPhone has 458 pixels in iPhone x?
- Water damage and opening iPhone 5c both puts it out of warranty, so do both? If having water damage in your iPhone 5c means you aren't covered by warranty, is it acceptable to open it and try to fix it as opening it also means it isn't covered by warranty. Therefore if you can't fix it yourself, apple can still take it out of warranty?
