Does jailbreaking and iphone 4s unlock it?
I have a verizon iphone 4s but i want to transfer to T-Mobile. Doe jail breaking the iphone allow me to do that?

You won't be able to use a CDMA (Verizon) iPhone on a GSM (T-Mobile) network. CDMA phones do not use SIM cards.
