Does leaving a group chat send others a notification?
I want to leave a group chat on my iPhone but I'm not sure if the other people in the chat will be able to tell that I've left it. The chat has been inactive for a little while and I'd like to leave it, so will the others get a notification saying that I have left the group iMessage?
If the chat has been inactive for a while just delete the chat. You will no longer see it until someone messages it and you have not left the chat by doing this… But I'm pretty sure they don't know you've left unless they click info to see who's in the chat.

- IPhone Whatsapp group chat crash? Not sure since when when I try to enter a group chat the app crashes, other things work fine and I'm only having trouble with that specific group chat. It freezes for 2-3 sec then jumps back to the home screen. What can I do?
