Does my first generation iPhone have a front camera?
Probaly for the first time I cleaned my screen and above the top speaker it looked like a spot where the camera and speaker should be on the iPhone 4and 4s

No, the first generation iPhone has no camera. The only iPhones that have cameras are the iPhone 4 and the 4S.
