Does otterbox offer a warranty for their cases?

I just ordered an otterbox defender hybrid for my iphone 4 on amazon. When i opened it, the screen protector was messed up. There's scratchs, and even a dent. I can't return to amazon now, so could i send it in to otterbox?

Check the back of the retail box, if there's no serial number you probably ordered a fake replica case. Be careful when ordering from Ebay and Amazon because most times you'll get a cheap copy and not the real thing.

If the case sucks, try getting a Lifeproof. It's waterproof and the case itself is like a hard shell so very tough to damage unless you go out of your way to smash it.

  • What iPhone models does Apple still offer? I have to go to Apple tomorrow to get my phone checked out because ever since I've gotten the new software, I've been having a lot of problems and my iphone has been having an adverse reaction to it.So, depending on the outcome, I may have to get a new phone. I want to know what iPhone models that Apple still offers because I really want to get the iPhone 5 (not the 5s or 5c).
  • If I buy a Defender Series Otterbox from Amazon, will it void the guarantee/warranty? I've heard that if Otterbox doesn't defend your iPhone against what it says it will, it will replace your iPhone. If I buy one off of Amazon, will it void that guarantee/warranty?
  • How do people send text messages using their email instead of their phone number on their iphone? Ok so I want to be able to send a text message to someone without my phone number being revealed but my email address to that person and I was wondering if there was a way to do that. Because when some people send me a text message I see their email instead of their phone number. How can I do this?
  • Does Verizon offer limited data plans? I previously had a DROID X but downgrading in January to an EnV Touch due to the expensive, $30 a month data plan that you had to have with your smartphone. Someone told me who has an iPhone 4 that they don't pay the full cost data plan and I can't seem to find this information on their website anywhere.
