Does replacing an iphone screen fix inner issues?

I dropped my 6 plus last night, and the screen is unresponsive, with lines on half the screen and they re glitchy. Its stuck on lockscreen and i can't type my password. Obviously my screen is cracked. So will replacing the screen fix the frozen screen and lines? Also will things be deleted if i replace the screen? I have 2-3,000 unsaved photos that icloud didn't back up.

The screen has no effect on your files. Your phone isn't necessarily frozen, you just can't unlock it because the screen is cracked.

Replacing the screen should solve your issues.
