Does the chamfered edge on iOS devices scratch really easily for anyone else?
I recently bought an iPad and now, just a few days later, I've already noticed a chip in the chamfered edge paint, which I find ridiculous. I just want to know your experience with devices like iPhone 5 and 5s or the most recent iPads and if yours has also chipped easily. I'm trying to decide whether a small chip this quickly is worth making an exchange.
I knew I should get a case soon but not this soon!
Yeah, I had a rare but odd problem with that too. My sister bought an iPad whose chamfered edge was slightly chipped (got that replaced). Most iOS devices are rather sturdy and well-built. The odd chipping or scratching with iPhone 5S and iPad Air are best resolved by replacing the units within the 30-90 day return period.
- Is their anyway to change the edge to edge screen configuration on the iPhone XS? I hate the edge to edge miss the earlier models? The iPhone XS is a better phone but I much prefer the iPhone 8 and earlier model design. Wish their was a way to make the screen on it smaller or less long. Like how the other ones have he home button with the black bar on the bottom and top not full screen.
- Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
- Is anyone else experiencing keyboard lag on iOS 7? I have the iPhone 4S and whenever I'm typing a message the keyboard always lags. I also have the iPod touch 5th generation and I NEVER have trouble with it lagging. It's smooth as butter, which to me is odd because both devices use the Apple A5 processor. Both of the devices have a 32GB capacity and both have about 25% of that left. Anyone else having trouble?
- Does the iPhone 5s scratch easily? I was thinking about getting the 5s Space Grey model, but does it scratch and scuff like the iPhone 5 Black/Slate model? Any input is appreciated.
