Apple states "iOS 7 will be available as a free software update for iPhone 4 and later, iPad 2 and later, iPad mini and iPod touch (fifth generation) this FALL." and the start of "fall" is the 22nd of september and ends 20th of december. There for it is NOT coming out on the 18th.

Since i updated my iPad 3 and my iPhone 4 to iOS 7 My iPad and iPhone has been glitching too much and it is too annoying sometimes my iPad and my iPhone crashes then the apple logo shows up unexpectedly and my iPad and iPhone lags at times. When apple release iOS 7.1? Btw all my apps are update for the iOS 7 All my apps except for few (like whatsapp) are optimise for ios 7
