Does the iPhone 5 come with YouTube app pre-installed, if not, can you still use YouTube without it?
No sorry because it is iOS 6 and because youtube is. Now owned by google they didn't want it to. Be on iOS 6 or iPhone. 5 but you can download it or watch via safari
No it doesn't, yes you could via the web version in Safari.

And there are pre-instaled apps that I wish to get rid of to save data, save battery life, etc. The apps are stocks, maps, and weather.
