Does the iPhone 5 smash as easily as iPhone 4/4s?

I know the iPhone 4/4s smash and crack so easily. I'm contemplating getting the iPhone 5 but not if it smashes as easy.

No they are supposed to be a lot stronger and less likley to break. Someone told me they are supposed to be unbreakable, but i highly doubt this

I've got a 4S and have dropped it countless times. Hasn't broken once. However, there's a tiny fracture on the surface.
The iPhone 5 seems a lot stronger though, because its so light and plastic-like. This means it doesn't hit the ground as hard when it falls because its lighter, and it seems that it's more likely to bounce, rather than hit something and crack.
(My little theory about it hitting the ground harder might not be true because Galileo did that experiment with the feather and rock and how they hit the ground at the same speed and force, so I'm not sure about the likeliness that it would hit with a different force - my theory's probably wrong).
