Does the iPhone 5s come with a SIM card?
I ordered my iphone 5s online and it got delivered to my house a few days ago but there wasn't a sim in the packaging but people said that you always get a sim when you buy a new phone so should I complain or is there not supposed to be one in there?
Depends where you got the phone from? A network shop or amazon/ebay?
I got my sim with my phone when i brought it from my network.
It depends on the situation. If you buy a phone locked to a carrier it would have a SIM card. If it was factory unlocked it will not. In any case you will have to go to a carrier store to have one put in.
Sounds like you ordered an unlocked model, which does not come with a SIM. Its for you to stick in your own.
Unless you buy one from a carrier in which case of course it will include one of their SIMs.
IPhone 5s do NOT have removable sims. There should a sheet of paper in the box your phone came in with step by step directions on how to set up your new phone.
