Bad camera? Far from it, it's not as good but it's far from bad.
XR: 12MP back camera and 7MP front camera.
XS: dual 12MP back camera and 7MP front camera.
The front and back cameras are identical, only difference is the XS has 2 back cameras for wide angle shots.
Go and get Huawei Mate Pro, you will forget the iPhone!

The only disadvantages really are there's no optical zoom & you can't take portrait photos of objects, only people both because XR doesn't have the 2nd camera.
Aside from that they are the same camera.
