No I think she has one of those phones used in the 1970s, she never has to answer a phone so it isn't really necessary for her to own one. However with the Duchess Cambridge about to have her baby she has use of a high tech encrypted telephone so the pesky media won't find out about the royal baby gender till the Queen finds out. Perhaps once the media knows the gender of the baby the Queen can get a photo of her high tech phone as I can only find photos of the old Bakelite telephones and the Queen.
