Does the Verizon iPhone 6 come unlocked and is it usable on CDMA and GSM networks?

I've been getting many mixed answerers from apple and a lot of other places online. I need an iPhone that can work on both GSM and CDMA networks. I switch between them a lot for work and I need and iPhone that can run on AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and internationally. Apple first said that only the Verizon iPhone can run on GSM and CDMA. Another time they said that all iPhone can run on all networks once unlocked and then a third time I get told no phone can run on both GSM and CDMA. If I purchase a full price iPhone form T-Mobile (T-Mobile will unlock it for me) can I plug in a Verizon sim and have it work fully? An employee I know at apple would give me a Verizon iPhone even though I purchased a full price iPhone if its actually the only one that runs on both GSM and CDMA networks. Will the Verizon iPhone come unlocked straight out of the box? Can I got to T-Mobile and plug their sim in the phone and use it like that and then over time activate it again under Verizon?

I had this problem before and I finally got a simple answer: no you can't. A Verizon iPhone is "locked" to Verizon's CDMA signal, meaning that you can't bring the phone over to other cdma carriers (like Straight Talk). The only way to get a iPhone to work unlocked on CDMA or GSM carriers is to buy a specific unlocked phone from a no contract carrier

Jes is incorrect, the Verizon iPhone 6 comes unlocked out of the box and you can use it with GSM carriers.
