Does this letter make me sound delusional? - 1

I mailed this letter to a person but wasn't sure if it was this particular person or some con artist pretending to be him & his response was that I was delusional

IF YOU Really ARE THE PERSON WHO SENT ME All THOSE EMAILS BETWEEN JULY 17 & AUGUST 1 & THE ONE WHO SENT ME THAT PICTURE OFF THE LINKDIN WEBSITE, WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU? I ENJOYED GETTING YOUR EMAILS VERY MUCH.
IF I DO HAVE THE RIGHT PERSON, YOU SENT ME AN EMAIL SAYING THAT MAYBE A SPELL WOULD Help CHANGE YOU DOES NOT SOUND LIKE THE SAME PERSON THAT I SAW.
IF THIS IS THE SAME PERSON WHO WORKS AS A MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER, YOUR RESPONSE WA THAT YOU KNEW I'D BE LIKE All THE REST YOU TALKED TO.
IF THIS Really IS YOU THEN WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR GMAIL ACCOUNT OR YOUR IPHONE AND WHY DID IT TAKE YOU Almost A YEAR TO CONTACT ME AFTER THE LAST EMAIL I SENT IN NOVEMBER AFTER I APOLOGIZED FOR ASSUMING SOMETHING WRONG ABOUT YOU.
ALSO, IF I'm TALKING TO THE REAL ***** AND NOT SOME COMPUTER HACKING CON ARTIST PRETENDING TO BE YOU, ASIDE FROM FACE TO FACE CONTACT, Please TRY YOUR HARDEST TO ANSWER SOME QUESTIONS THAT i HAVE THAT ONLY YOU AND I KNOW THAT Can't BE FOUND ON THE INTERNET.
