Does this seem to be a brain tumor?

So scared I have a brain tumor since last December I feel faint, dizzy, off balance, weak, feel I'm on a boat, sometimes feel stuff is moving around almost if the room wants to spine, the room changes color gets dark, my vision gets blurry, I see sparkle little lights at times, sometimes recently stars, blur light. I really don't have headaches but my ears get weird at times ringing or like I have a dog whistle in my ear feels like it's going into my brain. I'm always on my iphone, I'm very stress, I have anxiety at times I'm 18 years old female

Everybody gets anxiety when they are scared. It's a symptom; not a disease.

Only an MRI or two and some blood tests can determine if it is a tumor, but it doesn't sound like one.

It sounds like neurological damage to your brain. This has many potential causes, including encephalitis, TBI. Parasites and migraine.

You need to speak to a neurologist. As soon as possible.

If anything this sounds like an inner ear infection. An inner ear infection can cause vertigo which is why you are experiencing the symptoms that you are!

Do you feel as if your ears are blocked? You mentioned a ringing in your ear which is known as tinnitus - nothing to worry about but maybe visit your GP and they will examine your ears for any wax/ narrowing of the ear canal or infection!
