Downloaded iOS 7 ipsw and how?

I downloaded iOS 7 ipsw from redMondpie.com for iPhone 4 and can some help me how to install iOS 7 on my iPhone.
I already have my iOS 7 ipsw on my desktop. I have windows 7, iTunes 11.0, iPhone 4 with 4.3.3.
Can someone help me step by step how to install this iOS 7 ipsw to my iPhone 4 and does it now require Internet as I already got iOS 7 ipsw.

The iOS 7 IPSW is not necessary. You can just as well update via iTunes. Connect your iPhone to iTunes. Let it check for the update. When it tells you an update is available, follow the steps to upgrade. Remember to keep the iPhone connected until the update is done.

Connect your iPhone to the computer and open iTunes. The iTunes will detect your phone. Click on the Restore button. A dialog box will appear to choose the restore point. Select your iOS 7 IPSW from the desktop. In short time the IPSW gets loaded in the phone and finally iOS 7 is working in your iPhone
