Dream where I couldnt see my arms or legs? What does this mean?

Okay so basically i woke up from an unsettling dream just now. Basically in the dream i was in a car with a group of people getting a lift somewhere, then i started to worry and get feelings saying i shouldnt trust them, i try to open the car door but its moving so its locked. Next thing i know i'm 'waking up' in my own bed. I genuinely thought i was waking up out of a dream. Only everything in my room looked sliggtly off, maybe bigger? And the bathroom opposite my rooms door was open and it seemed to stretch on for miles. I had a friend there and i started freaking out thinking the people had stolen my phone when they left, but my friend put something in my hand saying it was an iphone, it did truly feel like it. But it was invisible. Then i took a good look at my arms and legs. Only i couldnt because they had disappeared also. I had the sense that they hadnt been removed, but they had definitely vanished so i couldnt see them. My upper limbs sort of graduated off into air (lol ew ik). I tried to stand up as my friend had gone but i couldnt get up so i screamed for my dad. But some random old woman come in instead and helped me up then told me she couldnt see them either and it was like theyd never existed. It sounds stupid but i genuinely thought i was actually awake so it was pretty creepy. I often have dreams where i'm lying in bed trying to get up but i just can't move. What does this mean

you said that you didn't have arms or legs, it could probably mean that your not in control of your life (in real life)
