Dropped my IPhone 6s in the toilet yesterday, now it's going crazy
So yesterday I dropped my 4 month old iPhone 6s in the toilet (don't ask), took off the case and cleaned it. Everything was fine for about 10 minutes, and then some very faint horizontal lines showed up. Then, the screen spazzed out, and so I put it in rice and didn't charge it. Today it died so I plugged it in and now it says to restore it, and the screen is going crazy. What should I do?
Put it in rice
Go to apple, say i just turned it off and they will replace it. The same happened to me while uploading it.
Put it right in front of a fan, where the wind of the fan goes right into any and all cracks of the phone, as that will dry it alot more than anything else will. WIND drys more than heat does, just so you know.
Take it to a phone shop and hope it's not too late…
Rice is an urban myth; it does nothing to remove water inside the phone electronics & damage is occurring there all the time the battery is still connected.

- Iphone 4s is going crazy, why? This is just happening today. My phone will be completely fine and then after 5 minutes a black screen with white lines will appear and then my phone will shut off and then turn back on again. Repeating over and over. What is happening, and does anyone know what this means or how i can fix it?
- I dropped my IPhone in the toilet, and now my home button doesn't work? 2 days ago I dropped my IPhone 4 in the toilet, and pulled it out right away. I dried it off quickly and it was perfectly fine and nothing was wrong. But then last night, my home button started to not work unless I pressed it 10+ times… I have the accessible touch thing on, but I was wondering if could fix this myself?
- I dropped my iPhone 5c in the toilet yesterday My phone must have only been submerged for a few seconds. I dried it off straight away and placed it in rice. It has been in rice 24 hours and seems to work fine. Am I okay to use it now or does it need longer in the rice. Any other tips on drying the phone out?
