During jailbreaking what idevice do i choose for an iphone 4s model A1387?
I'm having trouble jailbreaking my iphone, i do not know which idevice to choose, the options are iphone 4 gsm, iphone 4 gsmr, and iphone 4 cdma. WHICH ONEEE Please Help!
Go download the Evasi0n jailbreak. It's automatic and does everything for you.
I agree with the other poster. Just go to evasi0n.com and jailbreak it with Evasi0n. I haven't seen a jailbreak tool that actually is legit ask for that info - unless you're trying to create a custom firmware?
Regardless… Your options don't make sense if you have an iPhone 4S. You don't pick any of those options. The iPhone 4S uses both GSM and CDMA - that model utilizes both so again those options are not for you.
Since it is a 4S, you need to ensure that you are not on fw version 6.1.3 because you can't jailbreak it then, at this point in time. If it is on 6.1.2 or below, then you can use Evasi0n.

A1387 (international version) and A1431 (China only GSM) models.Both of them are original certified models of Apple. But in terms of quality I'm not sure which is better.
