Ebay case dispute.freaking out?
I sold an iPhone 5 on July 8th, and on July 21st the buyer opened up a case against saying that the phone I listed as "For Parts or Not Working" was not working. He stated "iphone is stuck on iTunes restore mode and will not restore. It will not restore which makes it useless since it can't be used. Would like to return item for refund, thanks." He did not respond to me email trying to show him how to fix this problem and on August 17th (after I was able to use the money I had received from paypal) the case was "escalated." I thought for sure I was going to win this case due to the fact I had listed it as "For Parts or Not Working" and I'm a college student and spent some of the money and do not have enough to issue a full refund so I'm freaking out. I waited 48 hours and the case has been escalated further… I just want to hear from someone who can maybe tell me what to expect here. I did not try to steal this persons money and felt I had listed the phone properly (despite the fact that I was able to restore it the day I sent it to him). Any help would be much appreciated!
I would put on the escalated case if he read the auction it stated it was for parts not working and what will happen is ebay or paypal will review the case & look at the auction
- Why is everyone freaking out about iOS 7? Why is it so special? I keep hearing all about it all over the Internet. I do have an iPhone but I don't think I'm going to get the update because it seems kind of stupid and I don't have 3gb free to download it.
- What should i do? I'm freaking out? My bed is fitted inbetween two wardrobes and i think, i'm not certain but i really think i've just seen a harvest man spider run inbetween the bed and the wardrobe. I know they arent proper spiders but the thought is freaking me out so much. I've used the torch on my iphone but i can't see anything. What do i do? I'm so tired but paranoid and scares too
- My Iphone is freaking out Ever since I went on a jog with it last night, my Iphone 4's lock button won't work, but the phone keeps locking by itself every once in a while (like something is holding down the lock button). What do I do? I need help. If I absolutely have to take it in, I will. But I want to know if its a simple fix or not.
- My Iphone 6 is freaking out? Happening out of no where, my Iphone is either not responding to my touch at all. Or it is pressing every button on the screen on its own. I've deleted just about everything to see if clearing up a bunch of space would make it run normally but it is still acting up every few minutes. Anyone have experience with this?
