EBay Item not as Described case?

I'm a seller on eBay and recently sold an iPhone on eBay. However, today the buyer opened a case saying that the screws are missing from the bottom of the phone and the ear piece cover is missing. These things were shown in the photos of the listing so am I in the wrong for him not seeing this or is he?
Any help please?

You can avoid these disputes by creating a listing that uses multiple methods to ensure the item is described correctly. This means photo AND written language.

If you used language to describe the item yet failed to disclose the missing parts, that's your fault in my opinion.

The customer returns the phone, you refund the customer and you pay shipping both ways.

Why should the customer lose out when you didn't point out the missing parts and pieces?

You do have to mention in the listing what is wrong with the item. You can't expect everyone to view the photos perfectly. You have to refund the money after he ships item back and according to your return policy who you indicated would pay shipping.
