Ebay Stealth Help? Ip address?

Things I know about ebay stealth

Separate computer logins CHECK
VCC CHECK
names accounts and emails CHECK
Telephone numbers CHECK

IP Address? My ip never changes and i need 5 ebay accounts… I'm not sure if hidemyass proxy would work.
I have and understand everything except the ip address part

I bought the ebay stealth book but it says unplug you modem(mine stays the same) or buy a whole bunch of modems

I have an iphone, i've heard about tethering but don't know how it works

Buy some proxy list and it will help you ( you can check also if you're ip is different with an iplookout website http://www.ipshark.net)
