Email help! Iphone doesn't receive my emails
Hi, when first got my iphone about 3 months ago, my emails automatically came to my phone when someone sent me an email. They always came on time. Now they have stopped coming and i have to open the email app and refresh it to receive any emails.
Is there anything I can do to get it back to automatically downloading and notifying me that I have emails.
Yes - but because the radio will be on all the time checking to see if there are any emails, the battery is used more and battery life is reduced. It is likely the setting is currently set to have the iPhone manually check to see if there's mail.
Settings
scroll down to Mail, Contacts, Calendars
Fetch New Data
Push should be on, select the appropriate Fetch interval.
Just to be sure, check Advanced and make sure the fetch is at the right interval…

- How to receive emails after inbox has been full? I think on my iPhone my email inbox was full as no emails being sent to me were coming through, I have now deleted all my emails ever received but I have not got the emails that I have missed when my inbox was full? I'm expecting an important email so any help would be appreciated!
- How come Outlook email doesn't show up in my iPhone email app? The Outlook email doesn't show in the email app, but all other email shows no problem. I've even downloaded other email apps, and it doesn't show in those either. I've deleted the account in settings and put it back in and that doesn't work. How can I fix this.
