Erased everything off iPhone! How to get it back?

Okay so I already had an iphone with contacts, photos, calendar things, etc. And i plugged it into my computer and itunes popped up. It said to click either "start new iphone" or "back up with itouch" or something like that and I clicked back up with itouch, and i lost my contacts, photos, everything that was on my iphone before! Is there any way I can get back those thigns or are they gone forever?

I already looked at my backup files in itunes and tried to restore them but i don't think i backed up my iphone because it only shows times when i backed up my itouch! Does this mean everything is gone?

Same happened to me I had to just get every thing again

Sign into your iCloud account hopefully you made one if not your kind of screwed

  • Is everything erased on my iPhone? I'm selling my old iPhone 4s on ebay and am wondering if everything is truly erased. The phone currently sits at the initial screen where it says Hello in many languages and takes you through the set up process. I'm unable to check if it is actually erased because I do not have a sim card to install into it to check. So is everything erased on it?
