ERASED EVERYTHING ON IPHONE?
Okay so i was trying to update my phone to the ios 8 and then my computer died and it messed everything up and then my iphone ended up erasing everything and i don't know what to do and i tried to back up from itunes and icloud but i only have one from march! And i'm crying i'm so upset and its not even because i lost my contacts or pictures or anything its because i lost my music app and that the only thing i care about i had over 200+ songs and it was an app it wasn't itunes music and its gone and idont know what to do.
Maybe you could just restore from the backup you created in March. It is better than nothing. And for your music, I'm not really sure what you could do to recover all of it but you should try getting back most of the songs you do remember. You should probably remember your most favourite songs atleast? Sorry
Connect iPhone to computer, and then open "Computer", iPhone should show as a drive letter there. If not, please follow these instructions: In iTunes, right click on your iPhone and select "iPhone Options". Under the "iPhone" tab, make a tick in "Enable Disk Use". Click OK. Unplug your iPhone, then replug.
Now follow steps below

- Why do the songs on my iPhone get erased every time I try to sync it?
