Every time I try to log into my Apple ID it's asking for the passcode for somebody else's iPhone?
How can I stop this happening? I bought the iPhone from a girl and I'm assuming this is her account or something, it's getting very annoying having to keep typing in her old password every time i log in to the App Store or anything else etc. 
Only way to bypass it is to contact the girl you bought it from an ask her to remove it from her iCloud account.
Apple or anyone else can't/won't help you. If it could easily be bypassed then it would be exploited by thieves to remove the owner's Apple ID from the device and sell it.

I get tired of having to refill all my songs everytime I want to add something new from my iTunes. Why does it do that and is there a way I can disable it or something?
