Face Time not showing on my iPhone 4?

On friday I got a iPhone 4 from my dad's GirlFriend, I don't know where she got it from. I think it was factory un locked. I don't know what was done to it before it was given to me. I checked in the restrictions and everything but FaceTime doesn't show.

If you're referring to a FaceTime app like on the iPod Touch/iPad, there's no an icon for it. If not, and you can't access FaceTime via Contacts (your recipient must also have an iDevice in order for you to have the FaceTime option under Contacts), then do a restore in iTunes and set up as new, and it should be fine.

  • There was a face in my picture i'm not sure what it is someone I was taking a picture off myself for my twitter page and when i looked at the picture i seen myself and like a face with like a haze around it to the side off me and i took it with my new iphone 4 so its not the camera, so does anyone have any ideas what it could be? I'm creeped out
  • Should I Face Time my cousin? OK, I have my second cousins phone number and she is 13 and I'm a 14 year old guy. We barely see each other, we both have iPhone's. Will it be weird if I Face Time her?
  • Is the StarCall app like face time with kpop idols? And how do you use it? Is StarCall supposed to be like face time on the iPhone? I've been looking at video's of other people's Star Call and it looks pre recorded. I don't know:/ How can you call kpop idols? I saw in the Super Junior StarCall video that it gave a number. Do I call it and then I video-chat with them? Or do I just wait for them to call me?
  • IPhone 4 face time activation issues? I have an iPhone 4 running on iOS 9, with no service. I was attempting to activate both facetime and imessage. Imessage and facetime both say waiting for activation under settings. However, imessage is working perfectly. When ever I try to make a facetime call it instantly says call failed. I even had my friend try to facetime me and it said unavalible for facetime. Are there any solutions too this?
