Facebook won't download on iphone?

Okay so a friend told me about the app 'cocoppa', it's basically an app where you can change the style of your icons on your phone. So I did it and ended up not liking it so I deleted the apps and all of my apps are back to normal except facebook. When I try and download it, it says 'can't download at this time' and no matter how much I press retry it doesn't work. I have tried turning it off and closing the apps and everything, so can someone please tell me how to fix it?

Mine was doing that too but I deleted the Facebook app and redownloaded it from the App Store and it worked.

Mine is doing the Same. It said that I had an update. I tried updating and I got the Same message. So I tried deleting the app. I tried re installing it. And I can't. It keeps telling me that it can't download at this time.
