Feared of getting serious diseases?

Hi guys i'm 16 male anddm feared of getting serious disease. Like before some days i got some rashes on my groin area and i started worried about std. Hiv! And its simple fungal infection! Itz gone away now
Then i started having frequent urination! Then i started worried about sometimes bladder cancer, sometimes kidney cancer, sometime prostate cancer! And finallyym dignosed with simple urinary infection! Nowwm fine!
When my stomach pain! I worried about cancers! Ulcer! But its normal gas!
When my skin itch! I worried about hiv and diabetics!
And now, m worried about brain tumor cozzm use my smartphone so many hours and my Wi-Fi is 27/4 on my house!
When i search on internet about my simple symptoms. It always cancer and std! But finally its nothing serious!
My problem is i directly jump on serious diseases like cancers ans stds. Wat should i do! M i Hypochondriac!
