FITNESS APP? WHAT IS THIS APP
My coach uses it, it's on her iPhone, it lets her play music, it has "insanity" as a choice as well as beginner, and apparently has a Nike symbol as its icon. I really want it, it's also free! She said that you may need to plug it into your computer because its such a big app

Also providing a database to log your workouts and possibly show you excersises. Also having it automatically create a workout based on max percentages. Does such app exists? I have tons of trouble synch-ing and the battery runs our very fast. What is the best brand/name that works well with the iphone 5s that's not too complicated to sync and will track my distance, steps and calories, etc?
