I forgot my apple id and the email

I updated my iphone 5s and it requires an apple id and password to actually start using the phone. The problem is that i forgot the username apple id and i forgot the email i used to back it up. I know the password though. How can i retrieve my id and log in?

  • Reset my iPhone and forgot my Apple ID? Please Help! I reset my iPhone and now it says that I have to put in the email and password for a linked Apple ID. It says m******@icloud.com and I never did any email address like that!

  • I don't know how to change my apple ID (i forgot my my current one and the password)? I forgot my e-mails password. Secret questions and the password of the alternative e-mail so i can't use it anymore (that's my lie to make it simple) somehow i managed to add an e-mail to my apple id list of e-mails (in attempt to replace it / change it) in my iphones settings it says my new e-mail is the apple id but when i download apps from appstore they ask me for my old apple id's password which i forgot what do i do?
