Forgot iPhone 5 passcode
Earlier I changed my passcode on my iphone 5 after installing the new software update, which I can't remember for the life of me. I went onto iTunes and tried pressing 'restore iPhone' (like it suggests on all the webpages) but a message just comes up saying 'you need to switch off 'find my iphone' on your phone settings before restoring'… I CAN'T! I have no way of getting into my phone to switch off this program.
I had the same problem with my iphone 4s but I don't know if this works for iphone 5, what I did is type the incorrect password until the phone blocks, then I plug in the iphone to a computer (that has itunes installed) then hold the escape button on the iphone until, on the computer pops up a screen where you have to put all the information that you login to your itunes and when you did that on the iphone there should say 'restore passcode' you click on that and you type in new passcode on the iphone and then it should be unblock. I hope this helps, it's worth a try if it dosent work go to you Network provider and ask them for help or go to an apple shop.
