Free Mobile Hotspot apps? Iphone OR Android?
I'm looking for an app for iPhone or Android that creates a mobile hotspot. I know, technically you're supposed to pay for that service, but technically I don't feel like wasting money on something I know can be done for free. I know the apps are out there, but the one I had crashed and burned. If you know of any free apps that create a mobile hotspot, I would greeeeatly appreciate the knowledge!

- Would the T-Mobile Contract Free iPhone 6 support Indian mobile carriers? I'm on a vacation in USA and I'm thinking of buying the T-Mobile Contract free iPhone 6, just wanted to know whether I would be able to use it with my local i.e. Indian mobile-carriers?
- Will I be charged extra if I use personal hotspot on my iphone 4s? (T-mobile)? I have unlimited data. I've looked online, but can't find a definite answer. If I will be charged extra, will I be charged a certain amount per day/week?
- When Android user sends text to a mixed group of iPhone and Android users? A family member who is an Android user sent a text message to a large group of recipients, including me. The group has both Android users and iPhone users. I'm an iPhone user. Does this mean that I will receive everyone else s messages like an iMessage group, or will all messages go directly between the conversation starter and whoever is messaging him, without any of the other group members seeing what the other members said?

I got the 30$ a month plan unlimited text and web on tmobile monthly 4g I'm using it on the iPhone I saw the mobile hotspot option and I used it and it worked fine will I get in trouble if I use it or will they charge me extra? Can they because monthly 4g is no contract
