Free or cheap Photo apps for iPhone 4S?
I was wondering what apps were good for photo editing. I'm looking for ones where you can make yourself float on a cloud or make two of you in one picture. I'd prefer a free one or ones I can test first. Anyways I would really appreciate the help.

What are categories or things that are sold very cheap on Amazon? Why are some things cheap but others full price? Also, how can some things be sold for so cheap when they retail for way more?
