GAMESHARK POKEMON EMERALD

I just got the codes for my iPhone to play Emerald. I'm trying to use the wild pokemon modifier in order to catch a Growlithe.

Whenever I use it, my screen turns red when I release my Mudkip for battle. I can't find Growlithe so far am I doing something wrong? Also whenever I activate the master code sometimes it just keeps saying enable.
