Get iphone 5 next week or wait for 5s in september?
Like the question said should i wait for the 5s or get the iphone 5 next week when i get paid. Bare in mind i'm going to buy it off contract price because i'm not eligible for an upgrade on my gs2. Yes i know android spec for spec is better but iphones don't crash as much and its battery life is better than my gs2 with an extended battery.
Wait for the 5s!
Wait till September, if you want to have the latest one. If you're happy with the 5, then just get it now, OR, wait till September anyway and then get a 5 because it'll be heaps cheaper. But if you'll end up wanting a newer phone the next month, wait till September and get the brand new iPhone.
I would get the 5 now. The 5 is great and a great improvement. Also, consider this: from the past Apple trends, I'm assuming the 5s will have the same exact body & and outside as the 5. All that should be new is the iOS and all that internal stuff. Which you can update your phone to do. (Some minor stuff won't be available through updating but its no biggie)
So you are downgrading
iPhonea have a fixed in battery so no soft reset.
I don't know where you get your crashing statistics or battery life but it is illogical that the SGS II with battery extender will come in BELOW that of a single charge IP5
So as image counts the most this is a downgrade
1) The Samsung Galaxy S II (2)was released in MAY 2011 & has 1.2Ghz Dual Core processor with an 8Mp camera.
18 months later November 2012 Apple puts a 1.2Ghz Dual Core processor & 8Mp camera in a
phone and call it the IP5
2)
3) You also lose BLUETOOTH MEDIA TRANSFER (SHARING) in any move from the SIX TIME PHONE OF THE YEAR AWARDS, from SGS II to 'SGS II lite'
You should look at the BB Z10 or. S 4MINI both if which are phone size, but are the highest spec Dual. Core phone which masquerade as a QUAD CORE
WINDOWS 8 have better specs than the IP5, so the IP5S will still be Dual Core, still 1.2GHz Dual. Core with 4 NEW features not on the IP5 one is a new processor.
Apple ARE year behind and I do wonder given that the IP5 costs more than the S IV if now not 2020, the IP5S had exactly the same specs as the S IV how much eould it cost
- Will the iPhone 6s price drop with the release of the iPhone SE next week? I've been thinking of getting the 6s for a while now and I know the price has dropped quite a bit since it's release but I want to know if it's still worth waiting a bit if it'll go down again once the new phone comes out. I know previously in iPhone history this is usually what happens but considering the fact that this phone will be cheaper I don't know if the same thing would happen. Any info would be great, thanks!
- Why is Apple so lame? Why doesn't it announce the iPhone 5s/6 next week? Seriously! I''m sick of giving AT&T free money since December 2012. I refuse to upgrade unless it's a Sony Xperia Z or a new iPhone. I refuse to buy a Galaxy S4 because it looks lame. If you're a guy that likes a hot girl's attention then you can't flip an S4. Here's a release plan for Apple: Announce the new iPhone and make everyone happy. The problem is that dumb people(67% of consumers) will buy the old iPhone even if a new one has been announced.
- Wait for the next Iphone, or get GS4? I have the iphone 3gs right now, and I have hardly used it for anything but texting and calling since I got the Ipad 4, which I have filled all 64 gigabytes of. Memory is a big factor for me, and so is the camera.
- Should I go ahead and get the iPhone 6 or wait until the next iPhone comes out? I want the iPhone 6 now bc I'm eligable for a upgrade but then again I want to be current and not be another year behind the current phone. What should I do?
