Get rid of scratches on a iPhone 5s?

I have a few very tiny scratches on the screen of my iPhone 5s. They're barely noticeable- actually not at all noticeable unless I tilt the screen towards the light. However, they are still really bothering me. Is there any way to get rid of very small scratches like these? I read somewhere that toothpaste or vegetable oil helps to minimize them but I don't know. How can I "get rid of them"?

But a screen protector on it. Buy the expensive ones or have it professionally installed! They normally fill in the the scratch

This has happened to me before. What I did was put a paper towel in some bleach and rub it over the scratches, salt works too. It might sound odd but it works.

All toothpaste will do is fill the scratches with toothpaste. It will NOT remove the scratches.

To remove scratches from glass, you have to do one of two things.

Polish the glass surrounding the scratch down to the bottom/deepest level of the scratch. With SEVERAL scratched that would be pretty much impossible.

Fill the scratch with something made to fill scratched glas until you get to the surface level of the glass, and then polish it all to be smooth so that the fill material does not show.

Plastic screens can be ground down with an abrasive paste, but not glass.
