Good, free iPhone photo editing apps?
I've been searching for good picture editing apps for my iPhone, but none of them just arent good enough. What i'm looking for it to be able to edit a picture by adding amazing effects, & also being able to add like a sort of faded picture of a celebrity in the corn or bottom of the picture. Any advice on how to do so? Or what apps i could download that would satisfy my wants? Oh, & free ones please
You should try out PicsArt app. Its FREE and awesome for editing pics. I think it also provides an option to merge 2 photos together.

I'm fairly savvy at editing, (i think lol) I'm just drowning in a pool of apps in the App Store, and I don't know which ones would work well… I'm also looking for an app that will turn video or picture into cartoon (nice cartoon, vivid colors and nice filters, that do not leave the video looking like a "sketchy" or "grungy".
