Good looking guy but sadly can't get any girls?

Okay so I'm a junior in high school 17 years old. I'm not trying to sound conceded or come off wrong here but I'm pretty good looking i get told by girls and even some of my own male friends that i look like an abricombrie model. I'm about 6ft tall, dirty blond hair i play soccer and i'm sprinter in track. I used to be skinny but in the past year and a half i have been going to the gym, so i have some decent muscle on me. What it all boils down to is that i can't talk, or let alone have the confidence to approach girls, i freeze up hesitate or even blush sometimes when i try and talk to a girl I'm attracted to. All my friends make fun of me for it and tell me "look at your self in the mirror you can get any girl you want, but your one of the biggest dorks". Sadly its true and lately it has been really getting in my head, i'm also a virgin so that also holds me back from going for some girls because i lack experience. I get signals from some of the hottest girls in school, i get stares from girls every where i go but lack the confidence to approach any of them I have a pretty good sense of humor i laugh at most jokes, and can be pretty funny at times i'm also decently caring towards everyone, and attempt to make friends with almost everyone.
