All of my friends edit their pictures and I want to start can someone list some good apps for an iPhone?

-LINE camera ( I used this a lot before because it was kinda like instagram but with other effects )
-Vintique ( It's like instagram but with other effects )
- What are some of the best photo editing, video editing and video cartoon apps for the iPhone? I'm fairly savvy at editing, (i think lol) I'm just drowning in a pool of apps in the App Store, and I don't know which ones would work well… I'm also looking for an app that will turn video or picture into cartoon (nice cartoon, vivid colors and nice filters, that do not leave the video looking like a "sketchy" or "grungy". Any help is greatly appreciated!

Well I want to edit my pictures to upload to Facebook and I'm 17 years old but I keep on editing my pictures like a freaking 11 year old --- and idonno I want my pictures to loom like a person for my age well I have a iPhone 3GS and it still isn't jail broken yet and oh yeah it is I think 4ios or something like that not above 4.1 so yeah help someone?
