I really like Pixlr-o-matic. I use it myself to edit my pictures! It's worth a try.

If you're really into editing pictures, do it on the computer. Photoshop is by far the best editing software I can think of.

And if you want free software, try Gimp.

What are some of the best photo editing, video editing and video cartoon apps for the iPhone? I'm fairly savvy at editing, (i think lol) I'm just drowning in a pool of apps in the App Store, and I don't know which ones would work well… I'm also looking for an app that will turn video or picture into cartoon (nice cartoon, vivid colors and nice filters, that do not leave the video looking like a "sketchy" or "grungy". Any help is greatly appreciated!
