GoWireless/Verizon Early Upgrading on GRIP?
Back in February of this year (2014), my brother got an iPhone 5C on a special exclusive go wireless verizon store plan called GRIP. He got the 5C instead of a 5S because a clerk at the store stated that he would be able to upgrade his phone early to an iPhone 6, whenever it may come out. It states online that GRIP is only an insurance on the phone, so I'm confused on if he is actually able to upgrade the phone early. Please help!
Note: He's not signed up for the more everything plan or edge and the reason I'm bringing up this issue is because my brother and I want to switch upgrade dates, since I hate my phone and want to upgrade early to a GS5, while my upgrade date is in September, when the iPhone 6 is expected to be released and when he can get it.
Skip verizon, too expensive
- Will verizon let you do an early upgrade? My upgrade for verizon comes 11/6/2012 but i was wondering since the iphone 5 is comeing out will verizon let me do a 2 month early upgrade?
- Will Verizon give me an early upgrade? I have recently gotten into a wreck and lost my phone. My upgrade is in February and I would like an Iphone 4 or 4S. I have been in contract for more than a year. Do you think theywould allow? Possibly even in December?
- Verizon iphone 5 early termination? If i buy the iphone 5 32g from verizon with 2yr contract for $299 and then cancel the service after 20 days by paying required $350 early termination fee, does this mean that i will own the iphone for total of $649 (299+350) and switch to other carrier? canceling after 20days is because if i terminate the service in 14 days, i have to return the device
- Verizon early upgrade policy? I got my Droid Bionic around the same time the iPhone 4s came out. I'm not due for another upgrade till December 3. How early is the early upgrade policy? P.S: people say the policy is no longer in effect, but i got my Droid on the early upgrade policy.
