Sign back into your apple ID. You may need to confirm you have a new phone. Otherwise, contact apple support for help. 800-692-7753.
You need to go back where you got the replacement and report the new problem. We sure can't help you on the 'net.
Some of those settings will have to be re-done from scratch. The mail app knows how to talk to several major services, but for lesser known email hosts you will need to provide the technical details needed to get and send email from your account. Your email host will be able to help, they have lots of customers with iPhones.
Should tell Apple this then.
