Half of my iPhone lock button works?

So the other day, I was freaking out because I thought my lock button was broken, but turns out only the left side works. I'm wondering if I should take it in to Apple to have them take a look? Would it be worth it getting a replacement phone (I'm assuming its a free replacement since I've had my phone for less than a year because I got it November 1st, 2012)?

  • My iphone's lock/power button no longer works? I have the iphone 4 and about two nights ago the power/lock button got really hard to press. I have an otter box case so I just assumed the bulky cover was making it hard to press and ignored it well I woke up this morning and it won't work at all. It's almost like it's jammed and I took my cover off so I know now it's not that. I just got this thing in December so there's no way I can replace it already. Is there anything I can do to fix it myself?
  • My home button and lock button don't work on my iphone 4 Okay so about 2 weeks ago my lock button stopped working and I don't know why so I went to mts store and they said to go to the apple store and i haven't been able to go yet and then tonight I was on my phone then I went to eat dinner so i put it in my sweater pocket then after dinner i took my phone out and it wan't responding! Is there anything I can do right now other than going to an apple genius? It's like 9 at night!
  • Is it possible to replace the home button and the lock screen button on a iPhone? I've had my iPhone for about 2 months now, and the buttons are starting not to work. Besides the buttons my iPhone is in perfect condition. My phone carrier is straight talk, from Walmart. They don't offer insurance or a warranty or anything like that. So I was wondering if it was possible to replace these buttons?
